Many of you have been asking how Suzette is going through these unprecedented times. Everyone's health (yours and the health of our team and partners) remains our top priority. This is why we're monitoring the situation to continue to bring Suzette to your doorstep while following the strictest hygiene rules in the preparation of your orders.

Are our physical stores open?

Following government recommendations, our stores will remain closed until at least the 4th of May.  

Can I still order online?

Yes, our logistics team is working hard to get your orders readyby strictly respecting the hygiene measures set by the World Health Organization and the MOH.  

How can I receive my order?

We are currently working with Grab Delivery, which also follows the MOH and WHO’s hygiene rules. The delivery methods are unchanged.

Is there any change about the shipping times?

Customers within Singapore can expect to receive their orders within the same day from the date of shipment, or next-day.

International orders via DHL may take 3 - 5 working days depending on your geographical location. 

However, given the current situation, delays might occur. In that particular case, we'll directly take contact with you and try to find the best arrangement for you.

How can I make a return? 

In case you need to make a return, please write in to hello@suzetteaccessories.com with your proof of purchase.

Given the unprecedented situation, we decided to make the return process easier for you. That's why return periods will be extended until our physical stores will re-open, no matter when - instead of 14 days usually - for all online orders made after April 7th included.

Sale items & international orders are not covered under our Returns Policy.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Suzette has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. 

Items must be returned by mail. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over S$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. 

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern through analysis, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Suzette store or suzetteaccessories.com.
